 This position requires assisting the Design Consultant with the development and implementation of the selections for each of the homes. The position provides guidance as you gain skills over time and will eventually provide enough experience so that you can develop into a successful designer. Therefore, experience is not necessary since we will help facilitate your desire for a career in this field. However, the position will require an ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, be detail oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn and have a professional and supportive attitude.

Assistant Marketing Manager

Assistant Marketing Manager

REPORTS TO:  Business Development Manager

SUPERVISES:  N/A

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This position requires assisting the Business Development Manager with a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from creating and maintaining all marketing channels; website, blog, brochures, signage, social media, print, etc. Provide the necessary support to successfully integrate marketing strategies to drive overall business success. Additionally, this position will cover the day to day administrative needs of the company ranging from helping to develop and design promotional materials for all facets of the organization. Will provide a focus on all advertising related media inclusive of internet, print advertising, direct mail campaigns, radio campaigns, traffic generation, collaterals, promotional events, public relations activities, and guerilla marketing efforts. The position provides guidance as you gain skills over time and will eventually provide enough experience for future growth within the organization. Therefore, experience is not necessary since we will help facilitate your desire for expanding your career in marketing. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Assist Business Development Manager in all functions
  • Track and analyze leads, forecasting analysis and customer relationships
  • Evaluate metrics and formulate a plan to solve any problems
  • Work closely with design and sales consultants before and during grand opening events/ trade shows
  • Responsible for assisting in managing and working within the advertising and promotional budgets
  • Construct reports and deliver to internal teams to improve operations

  • Facilitate the creation and ordering of community signage as needed – work with signage vendor on pricing, design and production time

The position provides guidance as you gain skills over time and will eventually provide enough experience for future growth within the organization. Assistant Project Manager

JOB PURPOSE:  To assist in the day-to-day management of project-specific items from the planning through the completion of construction phases. Strong operational and administrative support for the Project Manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This position requires assisting the Project Manager in scheduling, deliveries, verification of completion, meeting with contractors and municipal officials for inspections. The position provides guidance as you gain skills over time and will eventually provide enough experience so that you can develop into a successful project manager. Design Cabinetry - Sales Consultant

Design Cabinetry - Sales Consultant

REPORTS TO:  Vice President of Operations

SUPERVISES:  N/A

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

To continually managing relationships with our customers from client outreach through to the conceptual to final design and construction of their cabinetry project. Provide the necessary administrative support for all departments. In your role you will collaborate with clients to develop design ideas for their project, calculate budgets and price estimates, as well as select style and finishes. Preparing purchase orders and collecting deposits. This position will be responsible for consulting and following up with customers with design studio options and upgrade purchase process. Follow-up with customers, purchasing, and project managers regarding selections 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Creative with excellent customer service skills.
  • Responsible for creating a set of 20/20 plans for cabinetry and specify all finishing materials and presenting to Customer.
  • Create cabinetry budgets for upcoming projects and manage costs of existing projects to deliver the product the Customer desires while keeping within budgetary expectations.
  • Price and prepare Change Orders, where necessary, and communicate these changes effectively with Customers, and Vendors.
  • Responsible for ordering and timely delivery of cabinets and maintaining good relations with Vendors. Negotiate prices on behalf of Icon to obtain quality products and appropriate delivery speed at a competitive price.
  • Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
  • Leadership position that requires confidence, experience and a strong ability to influence people and decisions.
  • Ability to explain the features and benefits of the cabinetry products and options requested.
  • Understanding of critical path items to be completed per the appropriate phase.

Design - Renovation

Design - Renovation

REPORTS TO:  Vice President of Operations

SUPERVISES:  N/A

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This position is focused primarily on renovations which include but are not limited to, home additions, and interior and exterior remodeling. Being part of the design team, you will be assisted by a project manager, to provide our customers with a creative design solution, as well as maintaining the relationships with our customers, from initial contact through the construction of their project. This will include but not limited to through the conceptual to final design and construction of their project. Provide the necessary administrative support for all departments. In your role you will collaborate with clients to develop design ideas for their project, calculate budgets and price estimates, as well as select finishes. Preparing sales contracts, purchase orders and collecting deposits. This position will be responsible for consulting and following up with customers with design studio options and upgrade purchase process. Follow-up with customers, purchasing, and project managers regarding selections.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • High degree of construction knowledge
  • Resourcefulness, patience and clarity
  • Strong management and motivational skills
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiar with, and ability to read blueprints, and other home diagrams
  • Chief Architect, 20/20 or like software skills, are a plus
  • Excellent writing skills verbal and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong sense of color and design applications
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Available to adjust work schedule to accommodate customers availability for evenings or weekends
  • Valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • This is an office and field position requiring driving. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less.
  • Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment.
  • Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.

REPORTS TO:  Vice President of Operations

SUPERVISES:  N/A

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

To continually managing relationships with our customers from client outreach through to the conceptual to final design and construction of their project. Provide the necessary administrative support for all departments. In your role you will collaborate with clients to develop design ideas for their project, calculate budgets and price estimates, as well as select finishes. Preparing sales contracts, purchase orders and collecting deposits. This position will be responsible for consulting and following up with customers with design studio options and upgrade purchase process. Follow-up with customers, purchasing, and project managers regarding selections.
