Members of Icon — especially Charlie — were quite helpful in making the floor plan in line with what we wanted, while being honest and upfront about any potential price increase that our proposed changes could incur. There were no hidden costs that showed up at any time. Any increase from the base price was only due to the upgrades we opted for. The construction crew was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had anytime during the construction period. Our house was delivered on time as well.
