“Listen, Collaborate and Create” Custom Dream Homes is Icon’s mission statement, and for us, they delivered on this tall order extremely well. Charlie and his team are passionate about home building, and they applied their experience and unwavering focus in designing a home for us that meets our lifestyle, tastes and budget.
Our journey started with a thoughtful design consultation with Charlie, who has deep experience and almost always had a ‘solution’ to a home design/feature request. Reflecting back on some of the design suggestions implemented in our house, we are very pleased with the outcome.
Icon has partnered with a good vendors who offer choices for almost any budget. In the rare circumstance that something we wanted wasnt available, Icon went the extra mile to source what we wanted or selectively allowed us to source independently. Throughout the actual home construction, we found the team collaborated very well and was able to deal with the inevitable twists-n-turns involved in a custom build. Our home design consultant and construction manager were outstanding and ensured timely completion.
Overall, Charlie and the Icon team were excellent partners on one of our most significant projects.
